1/ Should post up comprehensive information on the chat group about the collaboration so the volunteers can make an informed choice. including the desired outcomes, what’s the estimated time commitment expected, skillset(s) required and what the volunteers are expected to do.
2/ Work backwards from the desired outcome to plan for a reasonable number of and skillsets covered by volunteers.
3/ Communicate clearly and regularly with their team.
